• Commission art is for personal use ONLY.
• Tracing, reproduce or using the commission art for any profit purposes are strictly prohibited.
• I retain all rights to the commission works.
• You may use the commission art for social media posting but remember to give full credit and kindly tag me in any platform.
• Strictly not allowed to use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to use for your project(s), use as an ad, use for a video etc, please speak to me for more information about royalty fees. As they may vary depending on the artwork itself and purpose.
• Completed commission art might be posted on my social platform, please inform me upon the ordering process if you intend to keep it private.
• The process might take up to 5-7 working days to complete a piece and 7-14 days for shipment to reach your designated country. There might be few orders at the same time so please be patience for who came later.
• Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. I has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Hence, any additional charges shall be borne by the customer. All shipments will be packed in a rigid mailer with a hard cover backing to ensure the best protection for the artwork.
• Refund is not allowed once the payment has been made.
• I will only provide refund in the rare event of damaged shipments or uncompleted commission under unpredictable circumstances.
• All commission charged in USD, Paypal only.
